Ausreise- und Perspektivberatung

Die Ausreise- und Perspektivberatung (Rückkehrberatung) berät Menschen, die Deutschland freiwillig verlassen wollen oder aus aufenthaltsrechtlichen Gründen verlassen müssen. Gemeinsam mit der Beraterin wird die rechtliche Situation geklärt und überlegt, wie die Rückkehr ins Herkunftsland gestaltet werden kann.

Das Angebot richtet sich an Drittstaatenangehörige, die:

• noch keinen Asylantrag gestellt haben,
• sich im Asylverfahren befinden oder
• das Asylverfahren mit einem negativen oder positiven Bescheid abgeschlossen haben.

Inhalt der Beratung ist die Klärung der rechtlichen Situation, die Informationsvermittlung über finanzielle und medizinische Hilfen und die Unterstützung bei der Beantragung dieser. Die Beratungsstelle unterstützt zudem bei der Beschaffung der nötigen Dokumente und stellt einen Kontakt zu Beratungsstellen im Herkunftsland her.

Die Ausreise- und Perspektivberatung (Rückkehrberatung) ist ergebnisoffen, kostenfrei und auf Wunsch anonym.

Return Counseling

Return counseling is an offer for people who want to or need to return to their country of origin. The counselor tries to clarify the legal situation and supports with planning the return to the country of origin.

The counseling is for people who:

• haven’t already asked for asylum,
• are still in the asylum procedure or
• got a negative or a positive decision for their asylum application.

Parts of the counseling are the clarification of the legal situation, giving information about financial and medical assistance and support with the application for those. The counseling service helps with obtaining documents and connects the clients with counseling services in their home countries.

The counseling is free, anonymous by request and doesn’t necessarily target a return.
